Pop Up classes vary depending on location availability & time of year. Each Pop-up session begins with 30min of socializing & warm up, 60 min class of chosen activity or practicing skills in a variety of activities and ending the class with a game or activity of the skills worked on.

Is exactly what it says it is, the middle ground between easy yoga and power yoga. This class will incorporate some sun salutations, diverse styles of standing postures and seated postures. This class is the perfect way to graduate from gentle and yin style yoga into another stage of challenging your practice without diving into the deep end!
